Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on piuris.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

1. Seller

Products on the Site are sold by PIURIS ("we", "us"). Our full company details are provided in the Legal Notice. Contact: contact@piuris.com.

2. Who can order

The Site is intended for consumers — natural persons aged 18 or over who buy for personal, non-commercial use. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these conditions and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products

Products are described and pictured as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and the drape of satin fabric may look different on different bodies. Small variations from the photos do not constitute a defect. Size information is provided in the size guide on each product page; please check it before ordering — we do not offer size exchanges (see section 9).

Products are offered while stocks last. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll inform you by email and refund the amount paid for it within 14 days.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free to all countries we deliver to. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, import duties or taxes may be charged by the local customs authority on delivery; these are the responsibility of the recipient (see our Shipping Policy).

We may change prices at any time, but the price charged is the one displayed at the moment you place your order. In case of an obvious pricing error (for example a price that is clearly far too low), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full; we will contact you before doing so.

5. How the contract is formed

1. You select products, add them to your cart and go through checkout, where you can check and correct your order before confirming it.
2. By clicking the button that completes the purchase, you place a binding order.
3. We send an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This email is not yet an acceptance.
4. The contract is concluded when we send you the shipping confirmation email, or when we ship the products, whichever comes first.

We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a suspected fraud, an unusually large order, a pricing error, or a delivery address in a country we don't ship to. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Payment

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the moment you place the order. Payments are processed by our payment providers; PIURIS never stores your full card details.

If a payment is refused or later reversed, the order is not accepted or is cancelled.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within the estimated times set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when you (or a person designated by you) take physical possession of the parcel.

8. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched — through your order page or by emailing contact@piuris.com with your order number. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under section 9 or exercise your right of withdrawal under section 10.

9. Returns and refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items; if a size doesn't fit, please return the item and place a new order. 10. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy extends this period; the conditions of the Return & Refund Policy apply.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by email at contact@piuris.com with your order number before the deadline. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not compulsory. You must send the goods back no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide proof of having sent them, using the same payment method you used. You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Model withdrawal form:
"To PIURIS, contact@piuris.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [description], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name of consumer, email address of consumer, date."

11. Legal guarantee of conformity

As a consumer in the EU or UK, you benefit from the statutory guarantee that the goods conform to the contract. If an item is defective or not as described, you are entitled, within the period provided by the law of your country (at least two years in the EU), to have it repaired or replaced, or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund. Please contact us at contact@piuris.com with your order number and photos of the problem. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

12. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our breach of these terms or by law, but not for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or that result from your own breach. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

13. Personal data

We process your personal data to fulfil your order and as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
